Jim Cox offers expertise in design, space planning, programming, and facility maintenance management. He has taught architecture at Texas A&M and interior design at Colorado State University. Jim has specific expertise in design of commercial and institutional facilities, historic preservation, facility planning and programming, construction management and inspection, and long-range planning and programming. He also specializes in capital asset planning and management, having documented building materials and equipment deficiencies for more than 150 million square feet of building types worldwide.
